Refreshes every 30 seconds. A fingerprint stays pending until the next batch, batched until the transaction is in a block, then confirmed, and finally anchored once the Bitcoin attestation completes.
Why the submitter is not listed
A fingerprint tells you nothing about a document — that is the point of publishing it. A chronological list of who submitted what, how often and under which internal reference would tell you a great deal about our customers, so it is not here. Anyone holding a fingerprint or a certificate can still see everything about it on the verification page.
